In order to clear Thai customs and immigration we need the passports of all participants 2 days before the trip starts in Ko Chang. Foreigners need a visa for Cambodia, residents of the neighboring countries not.

The sailing conditions in the Northeast Monsoon are a broad reach wind, which allows sailing in both directions. It is a moderate wind up to 25 Knots and an off shore wave. These conditions last from November till end of January or mid February. After that, the season changes with light winds from south west. At the end of April the rainy season might start already with isolated thunderstorms and winds up to 30 knots. From July the rain gets more intense with strong winds from South West up to 35 knots and waves, 2-3 meters. Again, during the South West Monsoon time we will have a broad reach wind.

There are fees for customs and port clearance adding up to $ 75.- per person. They are not included. Included in the price are: Food and soft drinks on board. On shore the guests should pay for their own expenses . Scuba diving in Cambodia can be arranged at extra costs. We can arrange a scuba diving boat to come to Ko Tang fully equiped. There is no sailing experience needed, the skippers can handle the boat themselves.
